The site as a whole — its structure, texts, interface and graphics — belongs to TEKALYS or is used under licence. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written consent is prohibited.

The documents you upload (resumes, job descriptions) and the reports derived from them remain yours.

Personal data

How personal data is processed is described in the privacy policy, linked in the footer. It states the retention periods actually applied and how to exercise your rights.

Cookies and trackers

The site sets no advertising cookie, embeds no third-party tracker and follows no one from one visit to the next. None of the entries below asks for your consent: they are necessary to the service you asked for, or limited to measuring traffic on the site itself.

Your browser lets you inspect and erase these entries at any time. What is kept there without asking you is limited to the following:

• two session cookies, set when you log in to keep you signed in from page to page. They are out of reach of scripts, sent over HTTPS only, and cleared when you log out;
• the language and theme (light or dark) you picked, kept between visits so you find them as you left them;
• your answer to the cookie banner, kept for six months so the question is not asked again on every page;
• a randomly drawn visit identifier, which groups the pages of a single visit for site traffic measurement. It disappears when the tab is closed and cannot be used to recognise you afterwards.
